Bill Kennedy worked with me on a dispute I had with Chase Bank. I had been disputing the claim on my own for months with no progress. He and his staff replied to my email promptly, and Mr. Kennedy personally spoke with me on the phone about my issue. He took detailed notes, which he used in his contact with Chase. Upon receiving his letter, they reversed their denial of my claim and refunded the money. Mr. Kennedy personally followed up with me to make sure I had received the refund.
