I will start by saying they made a painful process painless. Mr Bouschor and his staff are welcoming and friendly. It felt like I had good friends of mine handling my case, while at the same time being thorough, professional, and prepared. You can definitely tell it's not their first rodeo. Ruth, Gabby, and David are the absolute best. Biggest question for me is would I recommend or even rehire them? The answer is yes emphatically! They were worth every penny. Love you guys!

With the sudden passing of my daughter Keisha, I needed legal assistance in becoming guardian to her 3 years old daughter, Khamryn. A close friend of the family referred me to Ms. Jennifer. This was in December 2021. Nothing could have prepared me for the 3-year journey I was about to embark upon. Ms. Jennifer and the office staff were always very kind, empathetic to my situation and also available to answer any questions I may have had whether in personal, phone or email. Whenever we had to go to court, Ms. Jennifer would explain thoroughly what was to be asked so I would know what to expect. And that goes for any paperwork that I received or needed to sign. That journey finally came to an end in Dec. 2024. It is now 2025 and my husband and I enlisted her assistance with preparing our wills. I feel that I could call upon her and/are staff if ever needed again. Most "legal" people that I've run into seem cold, distant and talk over your head. I had the pleasure yesterday of mediating a case with Caitlin Martinez on the other side of a contested family law case. Since I came into the case, Caitlin demonstrated acute professionalism and advocacy for her client. She is not afraid of challenges and by making it clear that she was ready to go to trial she assisted with getting the case settled today. It would be hard to go wrong with her as your attorney.

Jennifer, Lindsay and Ruth all did a great job on my case. They were professional and responsive and provided accurate guidance during the difficult time of the probate of my mom’s estate. Would recommend them and use them again!

Wow, am I impressed with this entire staff! Ruth Eanes was extremely helpful and pleasant during my entire case while dealing with the office. The staff is quick to respond to questions and solving issues outside of any attorney work. Jennifer Ramos was impressive with her knowledge of the law as well as the courts for Denton County. Her integrity and helpfulness was outstanding, not to mention her accolades. I would definitely recommend the Law Office of David Bouschor. It was a better experience than I expected. I would use Jennifer Ramos again if ever needed! Best decision I made during a difficult time.
