Leigh Hilton law offices was selected by a disabled veteran organization for me and my wife to assist in our estate planning and wills etc. This was a critical piece of work we needed due to us not knowing legal issues and our prior experience only being JAG in the military. What the staff provided us from our virtual talks, follow up, and face to face visits was more than I realized and really impressive. My parents, who had just updated their wills and such in FL, we’re even impressed as they had not had such a package as our and went back to their lawyer team and questioned why and demanded for some of the support style documents for their will package which was helpful to them. I’m fully disabled so this was a piece of mind to me and my wife to have things settled for the kids and know that Leigh Hilton staff is there for our surrogates God Forbid if the worst were to happen they have it covered for us. So we appreciate our Warrior program for finding them and helping us.

Extremely knolwedeable attorney for trusts, wills and elder care. Be prepared after the process is completed by their office. The customer still has a lot to do to transfer assets into the trusts.

Very thorough but very expensive. Rates doubled from 2 years ago. Changing the beneficiaries in my will cost $500.
