“Given the hectic schedule of most lawyers, I gave the benefit of the doubt for about 5 months before I realized the money spent just didn't match my satisfaction. My questions and concerns were poorly answered and I felt left out of my own case and a bothersome as I began to constantly have trouble getting a call back.”
