Jim and his staff are wonderful. Jim really listens to your concerns and always has an answer and solution for the problem. He is down to earth, honest and talks on your level that you can understand. He cares for his clients and has the best interest for them. With all his many years of experience, he really knows his stuff. I have full confidence in him for the best for me and my family. I highly recommend him and his office staff.

Great Law Firm

If I could give him zero stars I would. He is rude and not helpful at all in a divorce case. Kept stating you did not pay me enough to even read your documents you are proving me.

The ticket was not desmissed and i still had to pay for the Deferd Driving so it was a wast of time and money.

My 24 year old daughter was referred to Mr. Horton by a Dallas attorney. I attended the meeting with her and Mr. Horton was extremely helpful and informative. He helped her with applying for a PTD and it was granted! He was very understanding and was not judgmental at all. Stating that "everyone makes mistakes but we learn from them" as she has. My daughter and I are both very pleased with the outcome of her case and will be referring others in need of an attorney. His staff has been very helpful and attentive to our needs and his office space was something to see! Mr. Horton and his staff made this a very pleasant experience for us when dealing with something so important and personal for her future.

Had a consultation and Mr. Chen explained I didn’t have much of a case and didn’t really see what their firm could do for me. However I left 2 stars and not 1 because he did give me some solid advice during the consultation. Another law firm I met with took the case, explained to me in detail how they would help me and exactly why I had a great case. They have me an affordable price and seem to think my probability of success is very high. So much so they have promised my money back if certain outcomes are not reached. I wasn’t hoping for such a bargain from Jim Horton but it was disappointing to have them explain I didn’t have a case and then have another attorney explain that I in fact did, cited legislation to prove I did, and then took my case.
