Cons
1
Potential issues with billing and transparency
“Is it being neutral when you repeatedly tell someone over and over and over, for HOURS, that they have NO chance at winning custody in court? Also, from your comment, it's okay to ignore or disregard an email just because you're "limited" on what you can discuss? So, instead of just responding with that, you think it's respectful/professional to leave someone guessing for a week?”
2
Concerns about handling of specific cases
“Eric Navarette mislead my fiancé in mediation. His ex-wife moved the the kids from Texas to Missouri. My fiancé made it very clear in mediation that if it wasn't written in the agreement that she has to drive them to the airport that she would use that as an excuse to make us drive 40hours in a weekend to see the kids. Eric told my fiancé it wasn't necessary to have it listed because it was part of "standard language." Well sure enough she's refusing to take them to the airport because it's not written in the agreement.”
