From our first meeting, he explained everything to me and my wife in terms that we could easily understand. Scott and his team are always very responsive when we have questions, even outside our regular monthly meetings. We have been clients of Reib Law for more than 4 years now. We initially learned of Scott from a family member. We really like the subscription billing structure that they offer over the traditional billing structures that most attorneys have in place. Knowing that we have an affordable set monthly fee makes it easier for us to plan our yearly budget without having the worry of one day incurring a large bill if we ever need to battle a lawsuit. We recently encountered an issue with an investor who had purchased a rental property from us in Lewisville. We had maintained regular contact with him for almost a month. However, the buyer had not paid us for nearly four days, and several voicemails after we closed the sale. When we called Scott, we were told he was in a meeting. So we explained the situation to his staff and received a return call from him within 10 minutes. Faced with a situation we had never encountered before, we were unsure about what steps to take. Scott explained that the buyer was in breach of the contract because they had not paid us by the next business day. He provided us with precise guidance on what to say to the buyer and assured us that if the money was not received by the next day, he would personally intervene the following morning. Since the buyer did not answer the phone, we left a message using the exact words Scott had instructed us to use. To our pleasant surprise, we received our money by the end of the day. The skill set and decades of experience that Scott and his team have to offer give us peace of mind. We cannot recommend them enough!
