Dan is definitely the man! I only wish I found him sooner as he could have truly helped more. However he sped up a nasty situation and got my husband the best possible outcome. His paralegal Cara is also awesome and hands on.

Best experience I've had with a attorney

I was 19 when i got my first felony charge, along with other serious offenses, and after continuing to get in trouble and really making it tough for Dan to get a good result on my cases, he still fought tirelessly for me. My future was looking grim, but once i finally listened to all of Dan’s advice, and just do my part so he could do his- he got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor, and all other charges dismissed. I’ll no longer be a felon, and can still enjoy my freedom while i’m on probation (no jail time). I couldn’t be more pleased and more thankful for the results i got and to have such an amazing, dedicated attorney. And Cara Montoya is extremely responsive. Never had to wait more than a half hour to get an email back from her, with all my questions answered.
