DWI I hired tim powers for my first DWI. Mr. Powers and his associate grace fought for me aggressively, and that's what you look for in a lawyer. you cant make a better choice than this law firm.

I found myself in need of a lawyer after I, unfortunately, got charged with a DWI. I called The Law Offices of Tim Powers after seeing they were highly recommended on multiple review websites. After talking to Hayley right away, I felt very relieved after she showed how eager she was to get on the case and help me get out of this mess. Thankfully Tim Powers, Hayley and their associates were able to get my DWI case dismissed. Unfortunately, my driver's license was still suspended but with the help of Hayley and Kate Brown, I was able to obtain an ODL without the interlock device that was initially ordered. Overall, I am very pleased with my end result and will recommend them to anyone needing a criminal defense attorney.

I was privileged to use The Law offices of  Timpowers as my representative in my case. My attorney was Monica Khirallah, and she fought a good fight for me. I really felt as if she represented me as she would herself. She asked questions and was able to pinpoint discrepancies that could have hindered me. She even argued repeatedly facts that would have lead to me having grounds for an appropriate appeal. Fortunately I was able to walk away with all charges acquitted. My first and hopefully only experience I will have to hire a law attorney and glad I hired Tim Powers. Made the process so easy while I was stressing out not knowing what was going to happen. Wealth of knowledge. My only critique is that it takes to long to respond to emails. Very quick when I called and good about getting back to me as soon as possible.

Just talk to them once, and my rating will be understood. Great, charismatic people who ARE ACTUALLY LOOKING OUT FOR YOU!! They knock it out of the park everytime and Mr. Tim powers has got like every award ever for it for like the last 10 years straight. Excellence proves itself you can't fake that. Definetely would recommend this Law Office to and for anyone. I personally had Hayley as my attorney and she was incredible. She was on top of everything, made sure I was doing everything I needed as well as keeping me updated on anything new and made herself available whenever I needed her assistance. The office of Tim Powers was incredible as well. Always contacting me to remind me of any important dates, making sure I had any documents or letters I needed, as well as checking up on me and making sure everything was going okay. The Law Office of Tim Powers is the best group of attorneys I have worked with and will be keeping their number by my side for any legal problems that may come down the road. Not good. Lost my paperwork several times when trying to get in contact so I'm going to say terrible administrative organization. Lawyer was nice enough however it was clear I was just another client. Also didn't put much input on my chances on my options, so it was pretty much like pick and go on what I wanted to do which I could have done my self. Didn't seem worth the thousands spent.
