Cary represented me, I remember him saying don't act like an attorney, that just sticks out. Also, very late, like 6 hours to our meeting. he advised I should have called him. Not a good experience at all.

This man Cary Thomas Piel was my attorney in 2004-2005. Cary Piel would not aggressively defend me like I had wanted to. Cary Piel took no actions such as evidence suppression, lowering my bond amounts, or allow me discovery of evidence. Cary Piel was very verbally abusive and would only allow me to plea bargain. I was convicted of many charges which could have been successfully defended resulting in dismissals. Cary Piel did not follow my directives and broke confidentially on several occassions.
