I agree with these 1 star ratings. He very cool before i paid him to get me off probation early. Once paid he then told me he couldn’t move forward until i finished several things before requesting early release. I once walked in his off excited i had a attorney to help me and he said “ you walked in like you have a chip on your shoulder” in a negative way. Would never recommended him. He i also think he is friends with the DA.

My experience with Dunham & Jones was no less than exceptional. From the receptionist to my attorney, Allen Ayers, I was always informed about what comes next and any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. They went above and beyond to accomodate my needs and make it a personable experience. Mr. Allen Ayers had been extremely thorough, upfront, professional and an excellent advocate for what was best for me as a client, but also as a person. His care and time spent on my case was always apparent and genuine. He stuck it out with me through a year and a half, doing his best to get my case looked at more in-depth. And thank God he did. There are many law offices, and I did my research before deciding to reach out to Dunham & Jones. I definitely stand by my choice, and would encourage anyone in need of this particular legal help to give them a chance. Thanks again, a weight has been lifted!

Being from California and in serious trouble in Texas, we hired Brent to represent our family member. We interviewed other recommended attorneys but found Brent to be most personable and willing to commit his personal time to the very end of an ordeal. The situation was complicated but because of his knowledge he was able to manuever us through to a most satisfactory end. We will be forever grateful to Brent and his secretary, Jenny, for their help and understanding during a very stressful time in our lives.

Beware if u need a juvenile attorney don't use this guy. He works more for the da then the client. I retained him for 2 case yet he didn't file properly with the courts, doesn't have the best interest of the clint. He is money hungry and during the consultation says all the right things to get you hook into hiring him. Everyone's situation is different. Finding the best attorney for your situation is crucial and will make your situation better or worse.

We worked with Brent a little over a year ago with our 14 year old son. Brent was very responsive and gave us very good advice. I liked the way he handled our son, he wouldn't put up with his attitude and spoke very sternly to him. I think this really help our son see the trouble he was in.
