I was involved in a difficult case, Frank Lyle did not let that stop him. Frank and Jeff took on my case, they saw I needed help and choose to help me. From the very first conversation Frank was extremely kind, understanding, and informative! Frank made sure I knew and understood what was going on with my case at all times. He went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and gave me information about things I didnt know to ask about. Both Frank and Jeff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding! These men worked hard for me and always made sure I felt completely comfortable the entire time. They are wonderful! I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone! If I could give 10 stars I would!

When a family member was involved in an auto accident, we didn’t know what we didn’t know. From our first conversation with Frank Lyle we were put at ease. He was very empathetic to our situation and was very thorough in walking us through all of our options. He communicated with us regularly and guided us through the entire process until we were able to settle with the insurance company at a point that would have never been possible without his help. He is very knowledgeable, but does a great job of speaking in terms that anyone can understand. He took his time to listen and explained all of the options and possible outcomes of our situation. The best thing about Frank is he cares. Ultimately he wants to see that his clients are able to fully recover from whatever accident they had.

We came to Frank Lyle after my daughter had injuries as a result of being chased and bitten by a neighborhood dog that was unleashed resulting in a very expensive visit to the hospital along with downtime for recovery. We had a very difficult time contacting the owner of the dogs and knew it was time to get legal help. Frank and his team were a saving grace from day 1. I was very impressed right off the bat with how attentive and genuinely caring Frank was for my daughters recovery and overall well being. He made sure to get every little detail to build the case as well as get to know myself and my daughter to make sure he was the best voice to represent my daughter during this time. Our case resulted in a lawsuit that was settled, medical was paid as well as receiving compensation for my daughters pain and suffering. I had a head on collision accident in February of this year. We were referred by a friend of ours. They took very good care of me. They were spot on everything that needed to be done. It went so smoothly and they always answered all of my questions and concerns. Very informative and knowledgeable

Frank Lyle has given me excellent legal advice regarding an accident involving an 18 wheeler rear-ending me, which sent me to the ER and totaled my vehicle. Mr. Lyle helped me to understand the legal papers the trucking company want signed in order to settle their claim. After providing clarity of the legal jargon the trucking company was presenting to me, he then gave me advice on how to move forward and settle their claim in my best interest. He, also, informed me of legal rights I have pertaining to my own insurance company regarding PIP coverage, which they had not informed me of. He took an hour and a half of his time to patiently discuss the legalities of my circumstances at no cost. I highly recommend Springer and Lyle for your legal needs. I definitely consider Frank Lyle and his firm as my legal concierges today and in the future. Eight months have passed since I wrote this review. Mr. Lyle has continued to spend numerous hours advising and representing me. He never wavered from his intent to obtain medical expenses I incurred from the accident on May 24, 2021. The billing was tangled up with auto/health insurance companies, along with third party billing firms. This was all sorted out because of Mr. Lyle’s tenacity, knowledge, and professionalism. He, then, let the adjuster with the insurance company representing the trucking company know what was needed for a proper settlement. If I had not had Mr. Lyle and his firm backing me, this would not have been possible. I met with Mr. Lyle to sign the settlement and pay him for his legal services. He would not take any payment. I cannot say enough about Mr. Lyle. He is the most trustworthy, humble, and dedicated attorney I have ever met. Coming from someone who has never needed an attorney before, I admit I was hesitant, confused and at times stressed about which direction to go with our case.
