Jeff and Frank always take great care of the clients that I send there way.

While being in two automobile accidents within four years has been extremely unfortunate, the silver lining is that it has allowed me the opportunity to work with both Mr. Jeff Springer AND Mr. Frank Lyle. I was 19 at the time of my first wreck and 23 for my most recent one, and nobody at Springer & Lyle has ever talked down to me or treated me like a child - Which I’m sure was hard for them because I knew/know NOTHING about legal jargon!! Anyway, they were always patient and took the time to answer my many questions. Janese and Debbie were incredibly helpful and worked tirelessly to collect my MANY medical documents and help me understand numerous concepts and policies that were foreign to me. This is a company that prioritizes trust and transparency. I never once felt like someone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes or do something that would benefit them more than me. In fact, I can’t tell you how many times both Jeff and Frank made sacrifices for my benefit. These are people who truly care about people, and I don’t think you could ask for anything more during these traumatic, frustrating, and disheartening times.

"You don't know what you don't know", so it's always best to have someone on your side who does and will take the time to slow down to explain what's happening and what's going to happen. Frank Lyle did this for me. The moment I got a call from the hospital I was treated at after an accident, that I didn't cause, for a bill I felt I didn't owe, I knew I needed help. I wanted someone local, established and at a modest size, so I wouldn't/couldn't get lost in a processes I didn't know anything about. Springer and Lyle, I found them on line, for me they were a "God send", I'm sure there're other law firms that could have taken my case, but I don't feel I would have received the care and intention I received at Springer and Lyle, more than great council and hard working, they care, I'd text a question and within hours at the most (they do have other clients) I would have my answer. Frank leveled with me every step of the way and fought on my behalf with each of those steps, having done what he's done for the last 30 years, he's a formable, yet wise litigator, they don't get any better.

Our child was injured in an accident and Spring and Lyle were instrumental in getting a claim on the defendant that for us as parents satisfied the pain and hurt our child suffered. I was in an auto accident where I was rear ended on I-35 by a drunk driver. We were not seriously hurt. But, our car was totaled. I debated whether to I should pursue litigation. I reached out on a message board and everyone recommended that I do. So, I contacted a couple local lawyers. The first one was shady. He wanted us to fake an injury and go to "his doctor and physical therapist". Just so we could get the medical bills up. I wasn't pursuing this to take advantage of anyone and certainly not be dishonest. Frank Lyle was the second lawyer we talked to. He was completely different. Everything was above board. He talked to us and answered any questions we had. We decided to proceed with Frank. He and Debbie (assistant) gathered the info they needed and we really didn't do anything. He handled it all. He/she would call or email if he needed something and if there was a decision to make he consulted us and gave us advice. In the end we settled and received way more than we ever thought possible. I would recommend Frank to anyone and if I ever have a need I will go right back to him.
