Springer and Lyle, L.L.P. and all associates have been incredibly helpful! They literally took care of everything. We met once, a month after I had been released from the hospital and they kept in touch with me with every step taken to remedy my situation. I came out with zero medical bills, car paid off and a quite a bit more too. They always asked me how I felt before making a decision and offered advice when I wasn't sure. Hopefully nothing like this happens again to us or anyone else but if it does they have my full recommendation and support. Thank you so much for doing right by me with all the hard work yall have put in. It can never be forgotten!

Don't call....they have heavy work load & not accepting any cases!

I am a disabled veteran living out of state. I have been searching for legal representation in Denton County for close to a month!!! It took over a week for this outfit to return phone calls and emails. After my intake from someone named Jackie (who seemed to be a good listener), I received a call from one of the lawyers. While he spent 30 minutes talking to me, I had to point out the details of the summons and decision I received. He was making massive assumptions based, I assume, on his human processing experiences because that is exactly how it felt - just another human to process through the courts of Denton County. The man I talked to had the audacity to inform me that 'lawyers cost money'?!!!!!!!! The fact that I am a disabled veteran has nothing to do with my ability to pay or UNDERSTAND that legal services cost money. He had flat affect, was monotone and it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of him. How can someone decide to hire an attorney without authentic communication? Whoa to those who live in Denton County and need ethical, caring legal representation. I'm so glad I left that place!!! Update: I'm revising this review to a 3 because Mr. Lyle, one of the owners of the firm, took the time to contact me and apologize for the Associate Lawyer I spoke with......Mr. Lyle's demeanor, insight, and kindness was far and above what I had previously experienced. I'm very grateful.

I was in an accident caused by another driver. I thought I would be able to handle the claims on my own, but the bills were large and complicated.
