Through an unfortunate series of life events, I found myself in an untenable financial situation which necessitated defense against creditors at the door. And they can be brutal. The situation required compassion and tenacity, which I found in this law practice. The team is great! Fantastic, really. But I must specifically highlight Kylie; she demonstrates true kindness, compassion, understanding, and a dedication to her work that is second to none. To her, I was a real person with real issues and real fears, not just a case. She spent endless time walking me through potential outcomes, answering my questions, and allowing me to vent when I needed. From my perspective, this was not just a job to her but rather a calling—to help people that find themselves in hard times and offer them hope. I never felt as if I was being dismissed or minimized, and I can’t tell you how meaningful that was to me. She is the BEST, and the firm best keep her forever because she is a part of what makes this a solid team. She is integral and an amazing human being.

First of all I want to wish that no one ever needs this service. But, it through events of life or making bad choices (like me) you end up in a situation that you need a lawyer for debt collection or bankruptcy you should definitely use their services. This law firm is fantastic and run by fantastic people. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Specially Mrs Chandra who directly handled my case. I am really really grateful for what they have done for me and I am sure if you need them they can do the same for you.

This was my 3rd time using David S Kohm & Associates and I have always dealt with Michael Berryman every time. I tell you; he Michael Berryman is my go-to person and has done an exceptional job at doing my Bankruptcy Case. He always returned my calls and was very upfront with me regarding my creditors. Today he called me to let me know my Case was Discharged, he didn't have to do that. I was so excited to get all that bad debt off my back. Thanks to Michael Berryman I have a new lease on life and can start my life over. I highly recommend this Law Office - just know that they Know Exactly What They Are Doing they have done Law for many years and that's why they were my choice. I reached out to Emery C Shannon to help with a creditor trying to take me to court.
