I don’t think I will find the right words to do enough justice to honor Emery Shannon and team. I was in a lawsuit for a debt that was as a result of my husband borrowing from the bank to start a business that failed. Since then we’ve been struggling financially and I just couldn’t pay back. I received a flyer from the Law firm and decided to give them a call. I just connected with his team and felt so much peace. I knew right in my spirit that this was the right office to help me with the lawsuit. I called the office to inquire about the kind of services offered. Kinsey was knowledgeable, courteous, kind and amazing. She answered all my questions and I was satisfied. Kylie is amazing, kindhearted, reliable, caring, professional and very personable. She is efficient and responds to questions in a timely manner. At one time, I was working on completing the financial hardship documents. It was well after hours and Kylie happened to be working late that day and she offered to help me with any questions that I had. I was emailing her and right away she will respond. I was amazed that she would work late night to help me. Chandra is an amazing person and really cares about people. We had a zoom call an evening before the trial with Mr. Shannon, Kylie, and Chandra. It was pretty much a call for Mr. Shannon to share the strategy for his defense and the possible outcomes. He was very detailed and prepared me for the possible outcome. He and the team could obviously tell that I was very concerned despite him reassuring me not to worry and to leave it all to him. I was trying so hard to hold tears during the last part of the call. As soon as the call ended, I could not hold the tears any longer, and I was sobbing. Kylie and Chandra were still on the call and for some reason I could not end the call so was still camera sharing. A little later, Kylie called me back to verify some information on my hardship application. She was kind and wanted to make sure I was okay. Right after her call, Chandra called me solely to check on me. She was concerned about me and her kind words were what I needed in the moment. Even though there was no guarantees made that the trial will go in my favor, but there was reassurance that Mr Shannon was ready and knew very well his defense strategy. He was well prepared and no doubt that he had done all his homework and due diligence. A couple of hours later after the trial, God is good! I got a phone call from Chandra with the best news that I hoped for. She told me that Mr Shannon just got done with the trial and driving back but wanted me to know right away the trial’s outcome. The judge dismissed the plaintiff’s lawsuit!!! What a might God we serve. I was speechless and overjoyed. Mr Shannon is knowledgeable and very experienced in what he does. He truly cares for his clients. I could see it in his eyes during the zoom call. It all worked out for good. And all glory and honor be to our God for using this law firm to help people with debts lawsuits. I recommend Law offices of Emery C Shannon to everyone who needs help with debt lawsuits.
