Ì trust both Hinzman and Flory. Their combined personalities & levels of specific experience allow for a mutual complement that is professionally dynamic. I'm not easily impressed. I do recommend these two Attorneys. I speak from personal experience. Will

Evan saw our CPS case through. Thanks to his work we were the first family in over 5 years to win against CPS in Denton county. He not only proved our case but stood with our family and protected our child with us.

Mr. Clift is by far the best attorney in Denton when it comes to fighting CPS. I was taken to trial due to past criminal and meth issues. Mr Clift worked harder than I even thought possible throughout the entire case and trial. In the end we won and our family is now reunited. Like I said in the title, I can't thank him or say enough.

Mr. Clift is an excellent attorney. He counseled me from day one of his being appointed to represent me. I would never have survived my battle to get my children back had it not been for Mr. Clift's 24/7 availability to me when I had questions or was struggling to get through all of my service plan. I have recommended him to a friend who had a similar CPS case, and that was done without hesitation.

Evan Clift was appointed to represent me in my CPS case, and I felt that I would surely lose because of my meth use and my neglect of my children. I was dreading meeting with my new "court appointed" attorney. Man, was I ever wrong about how I felt going in the first time to see him. He is phenomenal and knows the law every way there is to know it. He talked tough to me, was a leader by example, and he never let me down. He may not have given me the answers I was "looking for," but he gave me the answers that led me down the CPS pathway toward getting the return of my children. This man is worth more than gold and knows the law. I noticed we couldn't walk down the hallway without various attorneys approaching him and asking him legal questions, and he would always take the tie to answer them. He should be renamed Professor Clift.
