Lack of responsiveness and communication
“I have to call for days to get updates or even get a hold to my attorney they say ill leave them an urgent message to call u back and they never do I ha e to call and call and call”

Rude and unprofessional staff behavior
“A woman answered the phone. Lots of noise in background. She told me someone would come by my home at 200 pm. I waited until 240. No one showed. I finally called back and she said she spoke to the lawyer and he said it's not a case he is interested in taking. She was very rude. Then she hung up on me.”
