The office was well run, answered my questions promptly. Staff either were able to talk immediately or returned calls promptly(< 1 day). I would recommend this lawyer. There is only one reason I didn't give higher trustworthy rating is when stated charges was not told beforehand additional % added to bill for using credit/debit card. Bill deducted was higher than told.
