Dominick Marsala is by far the most dedicated, hard working, highly intelligent attorney that i have ever met. I have hired four other attorneys to work on my very complicated five year long custody battle and all of them took thousands and thousands of dollars from me, putting me in an even worse situation than when we began. I never felt more heard and cared for with any other attorney. Dominick has kept me informed throughout every step and has always gone above and beyond to brainstorm with me, sometimes for hours. He did everything in and beyond his power to get me not only solutions, but the BEST solutions to all of my legal issues. The time and effort he spent on my case made me feel like i was his only client, when i knew in fact he was swamped with cases. The staff in the office is so kind, and the office space is always clean and welcoming. I honestly believe this man and his amazing team are gifts from God and I’m so very thankful that i found him! He was able to reverse all of the unjustice that so many had failed to do for my daughter and I. I could never repay him for his attentiveness and his pure knowledge of the law. His will to keep fighting no matter the current state of the case and to not be bullied into submission as so many others had been has really been amazing to witness.

I hired Mr. Yale during my divorce process which involved physical abuse. He couldn’t apply for protective order, counter file, was mute in temporary hearing with “you did very well” because I was basically my own attorney speaking up when he sat there quietly. He overcharges. I went through his bill and the time he billed me for phone calls seems way off, I got a copy of my call records and times and I was right. I took it up to him and he dropped my case to find another attorney, days before mediation. What this man does should be illegal but because many victims are emotionally tied with their case infront of them to even report him to the board. This man should retire. Do not hire him or you’ll see exactly what am telling you. This is absolutely not a fake review, it’s convenient to call it “fake” when it exposes you. Jennifer Yale has been my attorney at one point and later went to maternity leave as she was about to deliver and then Roger Yale took over my case. Both of them aren’t competent. Oh and you know how attorneys sit with you In a room after hearing to walk you through the rulings and what it means and answer your questions? Roger Yale said he will explain the ruling on our way back to the office (the court is across the street), not enough time and so many distractions to even understand and guess what? He billed me for walking back to the office. His rate was $500/hr and he sure snug in every single charge and exaggerated the hours. If I know this much about them, you sure bet this isn’t fake.

Dominic is a great attorney. I was fighting a class 2 scound degree felony 2-20 Years. I was facing 10 years TDC. He got it dropped to a petty misdemeanor 2 years probation no conviction. By far one of the best attorneys. I've had. And highly recommend him for hire. With very much confidence. And I would like to thank and appreciate him for his work.

I want to thank Dominick Marsala he was able to dismiss my case against the DA. Which was a little difficult due to the DA not listening to us. He was able to represent me in court and got my case dismissed. He knows the laws and is very knowledgeable. We liked that he listened to our concerns and was able to apply his expertise to get my case dismissed. Thank you Dominick.

Roger Yale is the pinnacle of professional. Straight talking and tough, yet compassionate, ethical, honest and understanding. Roger Yale is Very highly skilled, and since I am an attorney I can say he is truly a “lawyers lawyer”. Fees and agreements are clear and reasonable. Associate attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and staff are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Roger is Not cheap…and he shouldn’t be. You get what you pay for with Roger Yale…and that’s the best of the best.

terrible person overall!!! calls his clients drunk and starts to ramble on and on being very disrespectful… doesn’t know how to separate business and personal matters! very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend to anyone who needs anything important done!

Court today was a success!!! So thankful for hiring Jason Van Dyke as our kickass Attorney! He is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and beastly in the court room.
