Our family had a mediation session here in Fort Worth, Texas last July.
Mr. Yale was not very good at mediating for us. We started our session at 9am and he stopped the mediation at 11am.
He was paid for a full day and he replied to us that we would convene at later date and that never happened. I would not recommend his mediation services.

If you have ever had an encounter with the law where you feel you are on an episode of naked and afraid, this is the attorney for you. Not only will he get you out of your current predicament quickly but he will make sure you have the tools you need to survive the often tenuous waters of the ocean of legality. Just cause you did it doesnt mean you're guilty! Dominic is the best criminal defense attorney I've ever seen. Law hawk, the hammer, etc, all those cliche guys can step aside cause Marsala is like a law great white shark. Nobody had ever fought and won for me like Dominic Marsala. This lawyer is truly above and beyond in the effort and justice department.
