I am one to never go with first option but when my family needed a lawyer first thing we do is read reviews that honestly I was just very impressed in all they positive reviews this firm was getting that we decided to call...my parents felt comfortable that this is the right firm for the case...I myself am more of seeing more than one option so Last Friday May 14, 2021 I had a bad experience and was so mad on how rude the lady on the phone was and left a review about it, thinking it was not even going to get notice that honestly I am very impressed that Manuel Diaz actually took care of my problem that he didn’t just overlook it he actually came up with a solution.....and I am extremely thankful that he cares enough about my opinion that he didn’t just called once but twice and left a voice mail he wanted to make sure my problem was taken care....obviously our case is still pending so outcomes still to come....but I would recommend this law firm to anyone that actually want someone that is willing to listen to make sure you feel comfortable with them with no problem .
