Horrible customer service you're lucky to get a call or a email 1-2 months after leaving several message. They settle with my insurance company for the same offer I was offered without a lawyer. When we called to ask question they had no idea about our case. I understand we are not their only client but you should know a little about the case. I've requested an itemized bill from the law office several times to date I have never received one, we never received or signed settlement paperwork the lawyer did it all without our approval. Today we received a settlement of $11.00, the doctors received $3000.00 and the law office from what I can tell without any bills or settlement paperwork received $4500.00. Thank you for wasting almost two years of my life for $11.00.

Secretary has no compassion for clients. She's completely rude. Just leads you on lie after lie. Something always comes up with this guy. He's not serious about keeping you out of jail. Very unsatisfied. I'm in law school so please run from this office.

I have had to deal with a lot of attorneys throughout my divorce and child support hearings, none of which hold a candle to Tiffany. Professional, knowledgable, and efficient. I cant thank you enough for getting this taken care of and allowing me to get on with my life.

Brent is a great attorney. He does a great job for his clients and gives valuable information with any questions you may have throughout your case. His office staff is very helpful and easy to work with, I would highly recommend them.

I would rate Andrew Lloyd firm as a ZERO. DO NOT use this firm!! They will tell you that they are honest and have your best interest at heart. COMPLETELY FALSE. They are the worst! Stay away! They switched lawyers on me, lost paperwork and over charged me. DO NOT USE THEM!

Horrible service!! My lawyer didn't even talk to me until the day before court, then showed up late to court! I was the only one still outside of the courtroom when he showed up. That alone cost me $3000- never even saw him before court date and 1 phone conversation day before court-that was it. Then I paid additional retainer fee in full- 2 months later - after NO FURTHER CONTACT-they say I owe them more. They couldn't "find " my payment- then a week later said they found $1000 payment but not the other $2k paid on the same day at the same time!!!! Absolute scam and horrible service--do not go here. Even my opposing lawyers were appalled at what I paid and what went down!
