All four attorneys are incredibly knowledgeable and will work hard to do what is best for you and your family. Each time I spoke with a paralegal they were extremely helpful, especially Ashley & Kaitlyn. Consultations are very reasonably priced for the advice and help receive, too. I am African-American male please do not go there they do not respond to your phone calls and they will not get any evidence on your case …. please I repeat myself if you are African-American or black individual do not go there they will not help you , they’ll just take your money use you like a golden ticket. they’re not even worth one star rating

What is amazing to me is that this firm was so happy to take my money, yet would not answer my questions or return my phone calls; postponed sessions, and after spending thousands, they are still failing to follow-up with me but still billing me for $6 plus dollars. I am shocked at all of the 5-star ratings. Those who provided them with 5-star ratings obviously had a better experience than I had.

When we scheduled and had in office appointments can't complain too much but trying to reach them outside if that was almost impossible. Customer Service is lacking, we would try and call to speak to someone and would always have to wait several days for call back or response. After the case was closed we had something new surface and called to see about a follow up. Been about two weeks and still haven't received a call. Don't believe we got what we paid for, so buyer beware on the hours they charge.

It is very important if you ever have a need for an attorney to be able to contact them!! To be able to know how your case is going... Calls have been made with requests for a return call, letters have been written requesting he may contact WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED! I understand that it takes time to collect information and that I am not the only client, BUT it has been 3 months!! 3 months is more than enough time for the line of communication to have taken place AT LEAST ONE TIME!! And for that matter 3 months and NO CONTACT, NO COMMUNICATION... Unacceptable and unprofessional considering there is a standard of practice that is supposed to be followed!! If he, they have more than than can manage THEN reign it in!! Because if a return call can not be managed THEN HOW ARE THE CLIENTS BEING GIVEN THE BEST REPRESENTATION FOR THEIR CASE??!! The extreme DISREGARD for a person (me) or any other client placing trust in him for help to NOT GET IT... So my thoughts on how he has handled my case I WILL NOT EXPRESS due to the EXTREMELY sensitive nature with how it would be stated!!!!!! NO Faith or Confidence with him at all!!!
