I immediately felt comfortable with opening up to her about my situation and hired her right there. She made my divorce process very easy and stress free (this was HUGE for me as I had a lot of stressful situations arise during this process). Shelby Hart did a great job handling my difficult and very contentious divorce and all of the crazy scenarios that occurred during the process. Very disappointed with this law firm as after almost of 6000$ of legal fees nothing was accomplished on my behalf. I would definitely not recommend hiring these lawyers to represent your interest. They sure know how to bill you, but lack of expertise preparing for the case. On my initial meeting I was advised that we have very good chances of winning the case as opposing counsel had no basis to request additional child support from me. After poor representation and incorrect legal strategy judge ruled against my interest. Malorie who was representing my interest offered to appeal. After requesting a clear answer on what are my chances on winning an appeal and how much it will cost, I did not received clear explanation. After that these lawyers chose to cease representing my case. I would describe them as unprofessional, and not good family lawyers.
