This attorney should be avoided at all costs. He represented me for 23 months and during that time gave me conflicting and erroneous info resulting in my case being dismissed for lack of prosecution. He then told me to get another attorney without any reason. I have reported him to the Texas Bar.

Poor communication. No returned phone calls and no response emails. I have been completely ghosted. This behavior is very unprofessional and distasteful. I honestly would not recommend to anyone after these last few months. I’ve worked with this firm for almost 2 years and I originally had minimal to no issues until a mistake on their part needed to be corrected in regards to my daughters name change. Mr. Brown stated that he would correct the legal paper work and has not done that or attempted to do that. That has been well over 6 months ago. I have called and emailed weekly to no response ever from himself or his paralegal Kim.

Smh sad, I really try to support our ppl but this is a hot mess frfr... so I did the consultation he told me how much the retainer fee was okay.. the problem starts after tht, so I didn't have all the money up front I had ab 2k they wanted me to drop my Money off and wait for Mr brown to call me.. keep in mind I was asking when would he be available to speak with me about my case and what are the Expectation of his service, she told me he'll give you a call when he can.. I stated tht this was my first time dealing with the courts and I wasn't comfortable just dropping 2k off and not speaking with anyone at the time of payment.. honestly I felt like they were going to take my cash and give me the run around ab my case.. went to another law firm and it was completely different.. Mr. Brown team NEVER called me even when I was trying to see how much they would take to start a payment plan..
