I love Ard Law Firm. My Dad, a veteran of the Army, is bed ridden and the medical bills have piled up. 3 years ago, we stopped by the VA to get an application and the lady said that if he was not involved in live combat, that he was not eligible. I've come to find out that was a bold-faced lie. One of my favorite people at Ard Law Firm told me that was our government "shooing and shaming" our Vets. In fact, the way the VA treated her dad is why she got into this area of law. My dad now has a monthly installment (tax free) from the VA which will end up dwarfing the amount we paid for the service. The fact is, if I hadn't received the tip about Ard Law Firm from my Pastor, my dad would not have received anything and we would be ignorant to the truth. There are date ranges that qualify veterans. If they served one day in during those times, they are eligible, and if the government didn't want to pay out the benefit, they should have never started the program. I'm here today to inform you and encourage you to use Ard Law Firm. Thanks so much for helping my dad and our family.

Great attorney and super staff. If you need a lawyer to help with elderly she is tops. They set up all the paperwork and guide you through the ordeal of getting on the medicaid and help with yearly medicare certifications. They are efficient and always there to answer questions and help you assist your loved one correctly through difficult process.

Don't let them assist you in filing for long term nursing home Medicaid because they will put their own address as your mailing address and you will never get any paperwork when it's time to renew your loved ones Medicaid and it will lapse and you won't even know it until you need it. They won't even call you or mail any paperwork to you when they get it.
