Highly unprofessional and difficult to work with. They are slow, unresponsive, deceptive, and actually work against their clients. His investigator has coffee with the judge every morning and they already convicted and sentenced my husband outside the courtroom over coffee and they hadn't even set a court date yet. Apparently, his reputation among inmates is he is the worst public defender. Request a new one if you or a loved one is assigned to him.

Excellent people

He was my husband's lawyer, and My sons lawyer. My ex husband and son both held grievance with me. I went to court unprepared, and lies were told. My ex husband was very late for court and we were told to hurry things along. Deals were made between His lawyer and mine, I did write the judge and file a complaint. Overall, I felt like I was on trial for lies. I pray Mr. D.S. sees the truth, and realizes, that ego, and the need to win, isn't what make you a "the best lawyer ". Integrity and truth goes a long way. Those two court days, truly traumatized me. 😢 The truth was distorted and lies were told. Breaks my heart, when you are supposed to trust "the justice system ". I wass left broken in many ways. T.
