Torres is unprofessional attorney, he is someone who consistently exhibits behavior that is not consistent with the standards of the legal profession.
he cares only about your money, treat you as a number. Do not waste your time and money, government will asigne an attorney that does better job than him.

unprofessional, unreliable, and unprepared. It seemed like they had no idea how to handle the case without really caring about the outcome.
To make matters worse, he constantly unavailable and never returned my calls I felt like I was always chasing after them to try and get updates on my case, which was incredibly frustrating.
Overall, I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. Their lack of legal knowledge and poor communication skills made the entire process a nightmare. Save your money and find someone more competent and professional.
