I am very pleased with Mr. McAllen, he did a fantastic job with my insurance, he never gave up. Mr McAllen doesn't show his talent' he just goes beyond helping people especially the needy ones like me. Thank you Mr. McAllen I appreciate all you have done for me. As a matter of fact he is helping me with another problem, my mortgage and I trust him. Thank you again Mr. McAllen and as for Yoli, she also knows her job. God bless you and your staff Mr. McAllen. I was a client of Mr Mcallen from the hail storm in 2012. He was very knowledgeable of the insurance claim process and everything he said would happen ,DID. At the end the result was more that what I thought it would be.

Mr. Mcallen has handled two cases for me against my homeowners insurance company. I was very happy with both settlements. His office is very professional and kept me very well informed.

I retained McAllen for on a criminal matter which he took care of and I was extremely satisfied with the results. I knew it was going to take some time and that i wasnt his only client but the attorney was aware of my court settings and of my situation. Since then I have retained him for my hail claim which also yielded great results. I highly recommend him for any civil or criminal matter.

Mr. McAllen assisted me with an insurance claim, where the insurance had paid me $700. I just got word last week that I would be receiving $18,000 more in my settlement, on top of what I received. I thought the process would be long and intrusive, but it was not. I had no idea how to deal with the insurance, and I almost accepted the $700 the insurance gave me. I guess the process includes some waiting, but overall, I am thrilled with the result. I saw a poor rating and I felt obligated to give a description of my experience.

Just like the other guy said...I have called many times to find out the status of my case, and have never gotten a call back. I even ran into him at a restaurant and asked him to call me and he never did. I have tried getting ahold of him through his facebook page and noting even though he is posting on it everyday. Very Poor Client Service.

Being a client of Mr. McAllen, I have been repeatedly trying to contact him with no avail for two weeks now. His secretary, Yolie, claims she does not seem to know how to get a hold of him so unfortunately she is of no help either.
