They accepted my walk-in and were highly professional the entire time. They explained the process that my case would most likely take, reassured me that I had little to nothing to worry about, and were fully honest when I flat out asked them if I should hire them - they explained that they would not take my money when it clearly wasn't necessary for my case. They could have easily gotten me on the hook but they remained honest and professional. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and colleagues, and will keep their card handy in the unfortunate chance that I may need their help.
