Poor communication and responsiveness
“I was recommended to this law firm I made an appointment and was told I'd be getting called. I never got called (Phone Appointment) so I called them just so they could tell me that the lawyer wasn't going to be able to take any appointments until January 9th.”

“Don't waste your money, he will get you the same deal as court appointed lawyer. You are paying for terry but he is not your lawyer nor does he pay attention to your case.”
