Great service

I highly recommend Mr. Guajardo for helping me with my case. I was involved in a bus accident and had a previous attorney who dropped my case. I tried resolving my case with the insurance but was unsuccessful. I had given up but Mr. Guajardo took my case. I am very happy with the outcome.

There are basic skills that anyone in a profession that services people should have and unfortunately my experience with you Mr. Guajardo was not a great one. You seemed to be bothered by my questions, showed very little empathy or sympathy towards situation. Pretty much you had to force yourself, remind yourself that you are supposed to say “I’m sorry for what you are going through” You seemed so bothered by our conversation and made zero attempts to keep our business. I was very clear with our concerns and you quickly said you had no problem dismissing the case although we had agreed we would make the decision with our father later on. I even asked how we could help? Hoping to take your lead since you are the expert. You also did not acknowledge the fact that my father was a previous client until we let you know, and yes I understand that after 18 years of experience, such as in your case, you won’t remember every name. For the same reason I don’t expect you to take credit for him being your client on a later text as you sent my sister. I sincerely wish that your practice continues to be a successful one and more than anything that you are able to learn from this experience that a loved one cares about the life and well being of the injured and not about the monetary reimbursement. Money is just a resource and a tool, nothing else, show that you sincerely care, don’t let your staff do that for you.

No interest in helping people and put in a fight for the long haul. He just wants to win quick claims.
