I just want to say thank you to Leticia F. & Joy Degenhart for all your help with my case! I wouldn’t have known where to start with my child’s father living in a different state but your team truly made a stressful situation easy to navigate. Thank you! Update: please make sure you double check and triple check their work. They had misspelled my son’s father’s name in the custody agreement & the judge ended up signing off on the wrong agreement so it had to be corrected. I caught that mistake right away so they fixed it. Then it’s months later I received my son’s updated birth certificate with the change to his last name but I cannot update his social security card because his middle name wasn’t listed in the custody agreement. As they are the professionals I would figure that they should have known that his full name needed to be listed on the custody agreement. Now I can’t proceed with updating my son’s name through the social security office without having to pay more money to have the custody agreement amended. This is a very expensive process so please just double check their work before you end up having to pay more money for them to fix their oversight.
