I had a case already filed for divorce. I was struggling to get a court date or updated information on my case from a different attorney. I had my previous attorney withdraw from my case and started to search again for help. I was led to James and right away his staff was informative and helpful. The consultation fee was appropriate and we got right to work. He got my case finished in a fast and timely manor some of that was factors in my particular case. But nonetheless his staff and himself kept in touch on a regular basis with updates and progress on my case. Now I know you pay by the minute/hour for a attorney but after spending 6 months waiting for a court date and sitting not knowing anything or not getting communication from my previous attorney I was really appreciative of the care James and his team put into my case. When it comes to your rights as a parent and you have a long distance relationship with your child like I do. You really want a law firm that’s transparent and effective and efficient. This was that firm for me! If I ever need them again I will not hesitate to hire them again!
