Cons
1
Inconsistent communication and responsiveness, with some clients reporting difficulty reaching the lawyers or getting timely updates
“I waited a whole month for an appointment and I was fine with it but I got a called that same day from her assistant that if I could make it to the appointment earlier if not then she was only going to do the appointment by phone so I had no other option than take the appointment by phone.”
2
Unprofessional behavior from some staff members, such as rudeness or lack of empathy
“Her assistant (Annie) was extremely condescending and rude- she proceeded to tell me how the attorney was at the mercy of the judge- all understandable. I've worked as a paralegal and know how all of this works. My complaint here is against Annie and not Michelle- after speaking to me like I was a toddler she said 'I'm not gonna argue with you, I can reschedule you if you'd like'.”
3
Potential issues with billing and refunds, with some clients reporting difficulties in getting their money back after terminating the relationship
“Still waiting for my refund on the divorce she did nothing for after i fired her, made me miss the court date, never filed what i asked until AFTER i wanted a refund. I believe thats called theft when yoi dont return money that isnt yours nor earned by you.”

“Don't go with this attorney lady's" and "Lousy lawyer! Lazy, late in court appointments, did not show up! etc.”
5
