Mr. Ortega and staff are very warm, welcoming, courteous and professional. There are no long waits. Mr. Ortega is pretty punctual. He's also thorough. I'm very pleased with him and his staff.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Melissa at Frontera Immigration Law. With her professionalism, education, and consistency we made it through the immigration process quickly and successfully. I highly recommend her services.

We have been working on our immigration case with Melissa. She is a professional and did a great job throughout the whole process. Very organized, knowledgeable, and great in communicating. The whole process between meeting with her and receiving the final documents from the government took about 6 months, very fast! On average I believe it takes 10-18 months. Highly recommending working with Melissa.

Please Do NOT use them please. I promise he won’t meet with you or help you and he will take your money and do nothing. He also put me in a very unsafe situation with my ex by giving out my address and I have a protection order against my ex that the lawyer was aware of.

I Paid This Man To Help me out in a family matter case... This guy was a complete JOKE. He completely disregard your phone calls your emails or even talking to you about your case. HE showed up to court unprepared and didnt present any of the evidence I gave him for my case... The lawyers from the other side completely wiped the floor with him and he had no words to even say to me after the case which makes you so badd the other lawyer came out and shook his hand with a smile and say thanks... Which was kind of Suspicious. It was like he was there just to take my money an not completely represent me. Please do not use him as a lawyer he was only take your money and you will never hear from him again I've been waiting for a call back from him for a month now with no result from my case....

Don't waste your time or money. He never returned calls or emails. He was never prepared in court and never cared about our outcome from the beginning. He left me unprepared for my hearings and he never fought for me. My closest friend also hired him and he never met with him in person or returned his emails. He will destroy your family and take your money and spend the entire month on vacation. His staff can't even get a hold of him. Go elsewhere! The five star reviews on here are fake profiles. I've checked into them and they only have one contribution..this law firm. If you enjoy losing thousands of dollars pick this loser.

Very unsatisfied with service, we went to court and he just sat there the only thing he said in court was if he could have the defendant pay the attorney fees.

I've been battling with custody for my son and have gone through other lawyers whom I've had to pay the same amount and I wouldn't get the outcome I've wanted. I went with Mr. Florez and my son is now with me. I couldn't be more grateful. I've read the bad reviews about him and they are mistaken. Some say he's in it for the money and doesn't care, let me tell you something. My son was being mistreated, and for years couldn't get the help i needed till Mr. Flores help me.
