I’ve used Wyatt underwood for all of my tickets and such, they are swift and the prices are great for what you get, 100/100 even recommended it to my husband which was also taken care of, no need to do nothing after that call!

Mr. Underwood, Mr. Wyatt, Ms. Grasheim, and Mr. Avila, have all work together to help me on my case. I know I'm in good hands when they show up every single time I have to appear in court. They're there to help you and be there for you. Also the associates and paralegals that work in their office are always courteous and helpful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I have been ignored for a month straight. Everytime my appointment time would be near I’d call and get a disconnected sound. I finally made my appointment today.. called and “checked in” and was told THEY WOULD CALL AT my appointment time. I’m sitting here anxiously waiting for the call.. come 30 minutes past the appointment I call and ask if everything was okay? They claimed I’m late to my call but I had checked in earlier with them. I told them no ma’am. I have been waiting like they said I should for them to call for my appointment. I was on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and called again and said hey, this is — and I’m waiting for my appointment, they said “OH YEAH!” And sent me over to a lady who was asking questions finally. She then told me she’d call back 30 minutes later with MR. UNDERWOOD but I have yet to hear a call back. This was around 1pm it is now 3pm and I’m still waiting. Horrible customer service as I’ve been forgotten and placed on hold due to ME being late when that was not the case at all. I had checked in and made sure we were still good for this appointment ALL DAY just for them to disregard me. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS AS THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR DEFENDANTS.

If I could leave a negative rating I would…. unprofessionalism, laziness, and hard to get ahold of. I was called “bro” through text message and on top of that I got told to “to try to enjoy my 4th” who says that? I did nothing except for wasted my time and money trying out an attorney from here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Waste of time and money. They get you with the it’s not 100%. Save your money, just go to a defensive driving course… I didn’t want to go to the whole paper work and me going to court, but I could have easily gotten a letter from the hospital and get a better outcome. Don’t spend your money and time.

Couldn’t agree more with the review below. I have a recording of this law firm of the attorney underwood and Melissa REFUSING to give me copies of my receipts that I’ve paid of $1,000 and the $2,000 in payments of increments of $500. I have already spoken to authorities and the audio recording is being sent as we speak. It’s not legal for a business to refuse to give a receipt when you pay them. Per IRS businesses are required to provide a receipt for any transaction of any sale of $75 or more. I had a phone call taken place inquiring that they can send me a copy of my contract (which is comical) given the fact that no contract was signed but nonetheless was told it would be sent via email. Didn’t take long for the assistants to figure that one out cause within less than a minute I was contacted back stating the “attorney stated I can’t send it to you”. 😂 could’ve told you that but I let them squirm threw article 17 section 6202 at them and the assistant got off the line (knowing this was way over her head). Passed me onto a Melissa person and admitted that they are refusing to have the contract and or any receipt sent to me. Then said that the lawyers office will file harassment charges for my calls and if I show up unannounced. You know you’d think this Wyatt underwood trial lawyers would actually use their degree and knowledge and carry themselves with a much more professional demeanor but it’s the exact opposite. Everyone’s needs may be different though, have enough sense to pick a better law firm that will do for the client and not just take the money and have nothing to show for it. Called the bar and they loved it. Please expect a letter from me in a few days of the attempt of obtaining the utilize statements you have 7 days to respond. Look forward to hearing from you.
