Elena never took my case seriously she would never email me I would be the one calling or emailing and the assistant was the one responding cause Elena was never there and even then the assistant would take up to a whole week to respond. Poor horrible service.

Just saw a Wyatt & Underwood commercial and received an immediate negative first impression. Making a positive first impression in front of a judge and jury is key.
Wyatt & Underwood obvious errors!
Error 1 – all-girl, harem-like staff gives an impression of sexism, not fair legal service.
Error 2 - Negative client ratings appear on this and other websites. How many clients do you "ignore".
I would not trust my life with a law firm that clearly does not understand this.

We hired Underwood he charged 5000 dollars .we had 7 witnesses that saw what happened and he still wanted us to take a plea. When we hired him we told him we where going to jury finally they dropped charges. They wanted easy money specially specially wyatt the jerk and liar he told us the other party had video and he hired a detective lies

Do not hire!!! I would like to warn you about MR Underwood Incase you are seeking legal representation. He will not show up to court and will drop your case without any notification. Meaning, that you will be left incarcerated and assume he is handling your case, but he won’t be. Then when you show up to court, you will be left alone trying to figure out who else you can contact to represent you. Good luck in your case, please believe this warning.
