“Impossible to get a call back or email in a decent time frame. Receptionist is incredibly short when I call, and Yanez made me feel Incompetent. I feel like my questions are never fully answered and had I known my divorce with Yanez was going to be so difficult I would have gone with someone else.”

“If you win a settlement don't expect to receive your money right away, it will take more than than a year and no one to help you. My case was settled right away and the check was deposit to their account i should had received my check since June 20”
