Mr. Baeza is outstanding. In addition to being extremely professional and totally knowledgeable with the subject matter, he went out of his way to assist me, even when it was over and above what we initially agreed to. My son recently passed and my ex-husband first agreed on funeral arrangements but then blindsided me and changed his mind the day of the funeral. I spent the next month fighting on my own and trying to find an attorney. I finally found Forbes and Forbes who said they would assist me. I spent 1,500.00 for them to not provide any assistance and act like it was an inconvenience to respond to me. My ex-husband conceded without the law office assistance and so I spent all that money for them to demand that I do everything on my own and provide them with the paperwork. I felt like it was a waste of money nor did they assist me in a timely manner in the most difficult time of my life. I would not recommend them as a law firm.

I called in today 7/29 in regards to setting up an appointment to see about my mothers living trust as well as assisting her with the process. I understand due to covid some businesses are still over the phone but my review stems from older fashioned customers such as my mother who prefer in person face to face, to go over very sensitive matters. I choose this place based upon the firm and what I've heard. Upset that you would have to have that sensitive conversation over the phone.

Even though I had not ended up getting services from Susan's office, the consult I had with her was amazing. She is very kind , knowledgeable, and was very informative. Gave me some advice and pointed me in the right direction so I could handle my father's estate and probate more efficent.That deed alone left me satisfied that she cared and wanted to help which is rare to find these days without a cost.
