Poor communication and lack of updates from the firm
“Never really updated me on things. Forgot to put in the most important thing in my court order when I clearly remember we agreed to it during trial and even have emails with one of them saying it's in there and where i needed to go for a copy. Very sad and stressful always saying they are out or in a call and never even call back.”

“They purposely act all productive just to sign you up as a client. They will dodge your calls and take long on purpose to make sure you never hear from them again. It may seem like you are important to them at first but it's all fake they don't care.”
