Contacted this firm early on after receiving a suspension at work. Initial inquiry was for representation on an EEOC matter in December 2019. Later there were OSHA issues as well in the first quarter of 2020 and again in May and June. This firm and it's associates failed to respond in a timely manner and did not follow-up. A few months later I was terminated and reached out again, as instructed by Daniela, to this firm sending a multiple emails and asking for call call backs numerous times. There are strict deadlines for EEOC and OSHA and this firm fell short on their overall communications. These bad business habits are why I'm advising that you steer clear of this firm and it's associates and attorneys. RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM FIRM: I am aware that I do not have a right to sue letter at this time from EEOC and am aware that OSHA is their own entity and there's nothing you can do but there is a case...there's an OSAH case and an EEOC case and both are active. I am also aware that you initially told me that if there was an adverse action you might be able to assist but later you informed me that you were not representing me because there wasn't enough information. In response to your statements: "We told you would consider if new information. No new information was received." -No new information was received because you never replied to my emails. "You had my email where you could have emailed new information." -I attempted to email you several times but did not get a response till September 22nd, 2020. "I am sorry but I was out of town and was not able to call you back." -Understandable but you could have at least had your assistant email me back. "After review, we still advised over the phone and email that there was no legal case. I reached out to you again and advised that we did not see a legal case consistent with what my office told you." -After May 3rd, 2020 you did not advise me over the phone nor did anyone from your office until September 22nd, 2020 when your assistant kept talking over me raising her voice telling me that I am not being represented. You did reach out to me as you say but you were short with me and did not give me the opportunity to discuss the matter you simply sent me a generic email. "I am sorry I couldn't call you in person and you had to hear from my assistant but I called you as soon as I was able to." -You didn't call me...you emailed me and explained the reason for your absence which I totally understand and therefore the blame falls to your assistant and the firm for it's failure to communicate in a timely and efficient manner; inconsistent with best business practices. I am perplexed as to why your office could not reply to my emails or call me back on several occasions? I was trying to get in touch with you for legal advice and also to see if you would be willing to look at the rebuttals and potentially hire someone to draft a rebuttal/legal demand letter. You didn't know that though because your office doesn't return emails or calls; what's the point of even having an answering service? Your firm turned a paying customer away without even hearing all the details...so dismissive.

I am extremely grateful for all the hard work, and dedication from Mrs. Labinoti, and her team. It truly felt like I had a dream team fighting for me! I would recommend her to anyone, who might need a personal injury lawyer!

Mrs. Labinoti is awesome, no one wanted to touch my case or even hear me out, as it had many inherent difficulties associated with it, she was the only one that gave me a chance, which I did really have to sell it to her, but that's what I love about her, not only is she able to think outside the box, she is also open and receptive to the ideas and opinions of her clients, and once she is in, she is all in! The best thing is that she is so passionate about fighting injustice and determined, she hates to lose, that once she is on board and takes your case, she is all in full force! She can be stern at times, but this is what you want as you want an attorney that is straight forward, and most of all an attorney working on your behalf like her who doesn't take anything from the opposition, she is hard core and doesn't allow the other side to take advantage of you, puts them in their place, simply put, she is bad a$$! She got us a great settlement on a case no one else would even consider, even hear me out on. One last thing, she often works with another attorney, Brett Duke, who between the two of them make the perfect combination, they compliment each other's skills in such a powerful dynamic way that it is just awesome to see in action, the combination of the two is an unstoppable force in the legal world!

Daniela is an amazing lawyer. She communicates the entire process and really cares about her clients. I had a lawyer who was handling my case previous to her who just sat on the case for years until she took over the case. She did what the other lawyer couldn’t do in years she handled in allot less time that he did. Her staff is just as amazing as she is they are super nice and professional. I can’t thank them enough I never expected to get what I got out of my settlement!!! You are wasting your time if you seek help from another layer!! Thank you Daniela and your whole staff!!

If you want an aggressive attorney who will fight for you she is the one. She was very attentive and professional. I wish I had known about her years ago! Wonderful person and staff.
