Ms. Labinoti's office worked for me for the last 2 years. Unfortunately, I was hit by someone who had a horrible and uncooperative auto insurance company. However, Ms. Labinoti worked hard for me to make sure I received what I was due from them. I always felt like I understood where we were in the process of getting that company to own up to their responsibility. It was very easy to communicate with Ms. Labinoti's office. I was able to text questions for convenience, and always knew if I needed to speak with Ms. Labinoti she was available. When she and I did speak, it was never rushed and we discussed everything from my case to the nature of insurance as a whole. I truly felt like I had an advocate. I wound up receiving a settlement amount that was more than expected. In the future, I would definitely trust her again to handle any of my legal issues. A+
