Theresa Caballero is for a lack of better word, AMAZING. Sometimes as her clients we may get the feeling she isn’t listening or may seem like we get on her nerves. The truth is, she doesn’t want to hear it, and we do get on her nerves. But only because she is extremely knowledgeable and intelligent, and can identify quickly how her cases may play out. As her clients, specially if you have never been through the system, we can get anxious, but the court system has many possible scenarios prior to actually going to trial. Courts take a long time to happen and anxiety kicks in. During this time it may seem like she is absent. But the truth is, Theresa is either fighting to protect someone else’s rights, or waiting for all the components of the judiciary system to fall into place. We must not forget, Theresa also has a life of her own and deserves her own time for her own family. But when she needs to be there she will be. I was represented on a trial by jury, and I have seen how this woman will fight for the truth. Do not let her slim figure and unique and fashionable dress code fool you. Theresa is a giant in court when it comes to represent her clients. She digs through the lies and extracts the truth. She is a fierce defender of the constitutional rights of her clients as well as the dignity of her clients. This woman takes pride in her fight and handles herself with dignity and pride. As far as Yoli, she is the ear that listens and the voice that soothes you through the long wait if Theresa isn’t available. It took nearly 18 months minus 2 days from beginning to end. I was recommended to her by another attorney, who is a lifelong friend. I am grateful I listened. You will be too.

No response, refered Client in good faith, and received NO response and or even a Courtesy call from his office (Note: I would not consider dealing with someone unprofessional like that) it's obvious he doesn't care for his business ethics, fyi beware.

You will not find the amount of attention and care Theresa Caballero gives to her cases and clients. She means business when it comes to representing you while taking care of your mental health, physical health and anything she can do to make things better in the legal and personal aspect. Her assistant is amazing always on top of everything and very professional. No i have not been paid for this review lol but don't waste your money and time if you want quality this is the place to be. He is just there to make money, he really doesn't want to help you. That's the feeling I got. Sorry but I should say the truth, so people can know this, and save a trip to his office. He will literally ask you for out front money at the beginning. I don't but I'm used to having lawyers listed to you first and see how he can help you, then give you a quote.

Ms. Caballero means business! That's as simple as I can put it. My brother was facing 3 years in prison and in less than a year she got him time served. Ms. Caballero and her team are very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Yoli was of great help, anytime I had a question if she didn't have the answer, she made sure she got it.
