Do yourself a favor just like that other lady said and STAY AWAY FROM.. Grashiem! She was supposed to help me with my child custody case and did absolutely nothing but steal money from me! Let’s not even get into about her assistant who was constantly rude and smacking her lips over the phone. It’s as if they were annoyed doing their job. Lil back story to all this, initially I was charged 1000$ so she could represent me, as the court neared, she then asked for an additional 1000$. On the contract me and her both signed, no where on the contract did it say she could ask for an additional amount. It said 1000$ was the rate and she would do everything she could. Well I then explained that to her, she said okay, then come my court date, I was hit with a surprise that Grashiem pulled from my case because she stated I didn’t pay in full. Not only did she screw me with my time my money, but she failed to realize in the end this was for a child to see her father. Again stay away from them!! They lie and take your money! Then lie to the court so they don’t get in trouble! Be careful!! If they like I could show the receipts if they respond here with lies. I have them all.

I don't know what we would do without Mr.Underwood.! He's honest hard working ,and is very fair .I would recommend Mr.Underwood for people seeking truth ,honesty, compassion.He gets the job Done ! Thank you Very Much ! Sincerely Chris & Cheryl Johnson

Case has dragged on since 2018, was told I was offended deferred probation and my case would be dismissed once I completed everything. Now they tell me that I never called them back to let them Know I agreed which is not true. Now I’m worried that they won’t offer me deferred probation nor get my case dismissed staff is really rude and unprofessional when calling or trying to speak with the attorney👎🏼

if i could rate this place negative stars, i would. so i met Mr Underwood and he took me on my DUI case. everything went fine. he told me if i needed him, to come back. unfortunately, i did get a second DUI. i reached out to him. he told me everything was gonna be fine. i paid him his money and everything was settled. few months later; i was in need of his services. calling him from jail to get my court date started. i was told they had no idea what i was talking about, they said i needed to bring proof in that they had agreed to help me. grant you, i was in jail. luckily, i had all my receipts at home. so my family went to see him. they literally turned them away, said they weren’t me so they couldn’t help them. my family had to bail me out. then i called them, they told me the same thing. said for me to come in with my receipts for them to help me. i went in on my scheduled day. it was snowing. nobody bothered to call me to tell me the lawyers weren’t gonna be in. i told them i had called days prior, called the morning of to make sure my appointment was still on. they said yes. i showed up and they told me the lawyers called of. that they would call me with a reschedule . i told them it cost me $60 to get there with a lyft, they said someone should have called me to tell me they were closed. that i had to talk to the manager. i show up days later. manager tells me she won’t refund me my money. she goes on to tell me that Mr Underwood no longer represents me. i tell her i had hired him for my court date. she said really? asks me for my receipts and asks me to take a seat. about 30 minutes later, she came back and said that Mr Underwood didn’t want me as a client anymore. but since i had paid, he had no choice but to take me. (excuse me). from then on, they were nothing short from rude and condescending. making it seem like i was some criminal they were doing favors for. i wanted nothing more but to run out of that place. these people just want your money. once you hand over your card, their attitude totally changes. they make it seem like you’re some scum of the earth that they’re doing a favor for. i can see that literally they just hire pretty girls who have no clue what they’re doing. they literally all say they don’t know to anything and call the manager. i wouldn’t put it past that filthy hog that they’re just there for looks. don’t go to this place.

Very courteous, the attorneys are amazing when they sit with you. Because of the court system thing time with the procedures that they drag, the attorneys have to wait. But once the ball is rolling they're good. Just have patience and once you are able to talk to them and voice their concerns they are good; they have your welfare in their minds.
