Waited for an hour and didn’t get update from either receptionist. Both receptionist sat there on their personal phones talking to boyfriend and mother. Really needed the advise and guidance, lost a work day for a terrible customer service experience

Unprofessional, i talked to Mr. Yañez and he had no interest on my case. He said he couldn't help me with anything.. He never made eye contact with me while i was talking to him. He was short on his answers as if i was wasting his time. He pretty much told me to figure it out myself. Wouldn't recommend this lawyer to anybody. Dont waste your time.
