I don't like to talk about others but in this case I will! I am so disappointed in the legal system especially in the case with this lawyer Alejandra Valdez !! I wish that there are lawyers like her. She charged me too much in my divorce case and he did not continue my case anymore !! She told me that we would not advance more than because the other lawyer did not communicate with her! lack of professionalism!! I'm even surprised to see how it has 5 stars from some people!!

My whole case was a mess. None of my hard proof evidence was presented during the hearings and after my case finished 3 years later I'm still going through the repercussion because of this with the OAG. As a man I was mistaken as the defendant and was made to pay child support to a woman who cheated and left my child and I on temp orders. Documents and USBs you turn in make sure they are copies or cheap. Make sure to read any documents produced even if given a time limit. Make sure you have a lot of patience and study a little of what you're getting yourself into so if you're broke like me you don't get every penny strung out from you. I showed up to the court house not knowing everything was through zoom but since I showed up bailiff notified me lawyer canceled final hearing to switch out. Remember they are people doing a job for a fee, they don't know you or share the same feelings and they don't owe you.

Definitely a great Lawyer and he was very knowledgeable.

If I could leave no stars for Alejandra Valdez I would, because she charged me x amount and she never did anything that benefited my kids and I, everything was just benefiting my ex it seemed like she was his lawyer and not mine, so she basically stoled money from me and DIDN’T DO ANYTHING. My ex started mentally/emotionally abusing me again and threatening mine and my partner’s job and I showed her and she didn’t do anything about it instead she told me she couldn’t control his actions, I asked her about a restraining order and instead she said that she was working on what was more important and that was the child custody and visitation after I told her that my ex and his gf mistreated my kids when he took them for thanksgiving break, she did NOTHING, and basically didn’t want to listen to my kids when they said they didn’t want to go back with their dad, I was told my kids could’ve been therapeutically interviewed over their visit with their dad and she didn’t care or care about their well being, she lacked communication, everything she asked from me I did, and she couldn’t answer simple questions for me, and even one time she told me I hadn’t signed some papers when in fact I had gone into the office and signed them, when I told her when I had gone she then said her paralegal didn’t advise her about it and didn’t even apologized for it. I spoke to my boss when my ex started threatening my job and he introduced me to one of his attorney friends to give me advice because she wasn’t doing anything for me and when I told him everything, in less than 15 mins he told me what she could possibly be doing and she wasn’t. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND Alejandra at all! Be careful because as she told me she charges by e-mail with the opposing counsel too! WORST EVER.
