Divorces can be simple or complicated and mine unfortunately was a little complicated. Ms. Rios helped me through this difficult process and really represented me against his lawyer. She came through with facts, documentation, and the final ruling was in my favor. She put my kids first and every decision that was made was for the benefit of them. Thank you so much Ms. Rios and Ms. Priscilla (her legal assistant who was always kind to me whenever I called).

If you’re looking for an attorney that will sit on your paperwork, never follow through, claim to request extensions or certain proceedings, and request to withdraw on the final day of court; than Erica Rios is the attorney for you. Please don’t waste your money or your time. I am not one to usually leave reviews, however, I refuse to have another family go through what my family is going through. If I could leave her 0 stars, I would.

Awesome attorney, will fight for what's right, and get results!

Where do I start.... in my career of law enforcement, I've met several attorneys and seen many represent their clients in court hearings. Doing so, I've built a taste in my mouth that most attorneys just represented their clients for the money. Well, this was until I met Michelle, she genuinely invested her time and put in the hours around the clock for my case. During preparation for my hearing, Michelle helped me build confidence and ease my worries. On the day of my final hearing, Michelle was exceptionally prepared and because of that I got what I hoped for, and more importantly, what was best for my child.

Michelle Smith was the absolute biggest blessing to me and my children when it came to my custody case. It seems like now a days most attorneys do the bare minimum when it comes to representing you. Well that’s not the case when it comes to Michelle Smith she’ll fight for you like you are family and listen to all of your opinions and concerns. Michelle was a force to be reckoned with on the stand and I was proud to be her client. She made me feel safe and secure at such a shaky time in my life and for that I owe her so much. She was very knowledgeable and informative and very polite!!Made me case go with ease due to her work ethic! She will find anyway to help you and always keeps you informed and explains everything you need to know! Her office also has very helpful and respectful assistants! I highly recommend her and her associates!

Things always get messy when it comes to a divorce and mine was no exception. I choose Ms. Rios because she came highly recommended by alot of different professions. Throughout the process she demonstrated excellent knowledge and made the other attorney look like "Lionel Hutz". I was extremly satisfied in how everything came out and have recommended her to everyone looking for one. Divorces are a nightmare, your spouse will turn on you but you deserve to leave with what you worked hard for and your reputation, so I went with the best.
