Excelente servicio al cliente. Tomaron todo el tiempo necesario para responder preguntas y Sinceramente me siento en muy buenas manos.

Tomaron mi downpayment y prometieron mucho, ya pasó un año y nada, les llamo para una explicación y no contestan me ponen en espera por 20 minutos después piden q deje mensaje y la máquina ni siquiera te da tiempo de dejarles mensaje.

It took me about a month to review this unprofessional law firm I just couldn't find the correct words to review this place. One thing I am going to say is don't pay for them to investigate whatever your situation is, they will reassure you that your case is very common and very easy to fix. So about 1 year ago or so we contacted this law firm . Initial consultation they reassured us that my husband's case was very common and that they would be able to help him them stating " do it for your daughters so you won't keep missing on special moment's and all kinds of BS" so me and my husband decide to proceed and hire them so they can help us out. Mind you we paid a consultation and paid 2500 all upfront. We only received 1 call throughout the "process" my husband had to constantly call and ask for updates. I understand the actual lawyer is busy making tik toks and you tube videos . We personally never even met her not even over the phone. So my husband calls around August or so and the representative has the audacity to CONGRATULATE my husband and tell him that they have his paperwork that they were needing, mind you it's been more than 1 year. Congratulates my husband and tells him that they have good news and that the lawyer will review them and call him so we can proceed with whatever was next. We were so excited they gave us hope! A few weeks later he gets the unfortunate news that nothing can be done that, they will email his file so we can look elsewhere. Why congratulate him? Get his hopes up ? This Law firm will take your hard earned money and have no consideration. The lawyer will be posting on her social media platform , do not waste your money. I understand if my husband's case was something that they couldn't help us why lie? Why Congratulate him? These people need to be more considerate with peoples hard earned money. We want to explore other options but sadly our money went to the wrong people and we can't afford another expense *Update * as I mentioned my husband hired your services Arturo Gamez Manriquez, I'm his wife. So if you can call him that would be appreciated.

Yo mandè un mensaje a Facebook porque tenemos derecho y somos libres a informarnos, el hecho de pedir informacion no significa que estemos obligados a pagar, somos humanos y muchos pasamos por problemas ya sea de indole economico etc. Pero lo que mas me preocupa es que la persona que me atendiò por primera vez por telefono yo jamas le obligue ni le pedí que me llamara de nuevo al contrario yo le dije que me esperara porque estaba pasando por problemas y no estaba en la situacion de pagar y usted muy insistente hasta con risa en el telefono que porque me iba a esperar que lamentable que no sean profesionales y una supuesta firma de abogados tengan un sistema de ventas cualquiera. Hay muchas victimas que pueden ir con ustedes como para que este personaje le haga gaslighting a las personas diciendo que yo le pedí otra llamada cuando usted me la ofreció. Cuando alguien dice NO es No y punto ! Hay que tener respeto por las decisiones ajenas.

Estoy enpesando mi tramite y esta compania me astado birndando su ayuda y asta el momento. Ansido muy profesionales las personas que me antocado en atenderme espero en dios y en estas personas k todo salga bien este es un comienso megustaria poner otro buen review cuando termine mi caso para segir recomendarlos amis otras amigos y familiar
